I hereby give permission to CC Drone Co. to use photographs, videos, or other digital media (“photos”) of me and/or my property and authorize CC Drone Co. (and its assignees), licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name, company name, or with a fictitious name) photographs, pictures, portraits, images, or videos herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by CC Drone Co or the photographer.
Liability Release – CC Drone Co. is not liable for any damage/loss of property during aerial drone photo sessions. By participating in the aerial drone session, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless CC Drone Co., and their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the aerial drone session.
By selecting the I Accept button, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By selecting I Accept you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions. You further agree that your use of a key pad, mouse or other device to select an item, button, icon or similar act/action, or to otherwise provide CC Drone Co., constitutes your signature (hereafter referred to as E-Signature), acceptance and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing. You also agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting contract between you and CC Drone Co.. You also represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement for all persons who are listed on contract and that such persons will be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
